Media Release - ALI Group and Stargate announce new software integration
1 October 2014 – Australia’s leading loan protection specialist, ALI Group, and mortgage software provider, Stargate Group (Stargate), have teamed up to make it easier for mortgage brokers to provide their clients with affordable loan protection.
Working closely together, ALI Group has integrated their new paper-less Online Application (OLA) form with Stargate’s SymmetryCRM. This was officially launched with Loan Market brokers on the 26th September, with the view to progressively roll out the new technology with other aggregators using the SymmetryCRM platform.
“ALI Group was built to integrate with a broker’s loan process so it was a natural evolution for us to integrate with CRM systems such that loan protection is part of the core process with customers. We have seen how well Aussie brokers have adopted ALI Group’s integration into its CRM and we expect a similar reaction from Loan Market brokers with SymmetryCRM” said ALI Group’s CEO, Huy Truong.
Brokers can now launch a pre-populated loan protection application directly from SymmetryCRM, eliminating the need to enter client details, obtain signatures or send any paperwork to ALI Group.

Initial feedback on the new integration is proving positive “Looks really good. The system is easy to use. I am very happy that I can use the online system now” said Loan Market broker, Yu-An Chang.
