1. Call us on 1800 006 776 (Mon – Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm AEDT). We’ll ask some questions, so we know which documents to send to you to start the claims process.
2. You’ll then receive the relevant claim documents. This could include forms for both you and your medical practitioner to fill in. You’ll also be notified of what other information’s required for your claim.
3. Once the completed claim form and requested supporting documentation is returned, we’ll work to ensure a speedy claim outcome. More information may be required from you or your treating doctor. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
