1. Call us on 1800 006 776 (Mon – Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm AEDT). We’ll ask some questions to find out which type of benefit (Involuntary Unemployment, Living, Death and Terminal Illness) you plan to claim on, so we know which documents to send to you to start the claims process.
2. You’ll then receive the claim documents. This could include forms for both you and your medical practitioner to fill in. You’ll also be notified of what other information’s required for your claim.
3. Once the documents are returned to us, we’ll work with the insurer to ensure a speedy claim outcome. They may require more information from you or your treating doctor. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
4. As soon as we hear back from the insurer, we’ll be in touch with your claim outcome.
