James’ approach to generating more business isn’t complicated and is based around strong referrals. By offering a high level of service and customer care to his customers, the more likely they will recommend him to others.

“I pride myself on providing my clients with exceptional customer service. First and foremost, I try to make the process of getting a home loan as easy and hassle-free as possible for my clients, after all, this is meant to be an exciting time in their life”. 

James ensures he explains everything clearly to his clients, listens to their needs, answers their enquiries promptly and makes sure they always feel valued.

One’s home is a wonderful place

Before James became a Mortgage Broker, he had previously worked in credit and insurance where he witnessed first hand the difference a death benefit payment could make. Protecting clients therefore comes naturally to James and he works hard to embed loan protection into every customer interaction.

“I recognise that one’s home is a wonderful place; somewhere to rest, relax and enjoy life as well as being a great investment for one’s financial future. Having the right home loan is what makes all this possible”.

In addition to having the right home loan, James believes having the right backup plan in place is crucial. James is a strong advocate of having a plan in place in case life does not go as planned.
