ALI Group wins MFAA's 2020 Support Service Provider of the Year Award
ALI Group has won the 2020 MFAA Excellence Award in the Support Service Provider category.
The MFAA Excellence Awards showcase and reward excellence in customer service, professionalism, innovation and ethics.
ALI Group is incredibly honoured to have won this award and receive recognition from industry partners for the work we do with brokers in protecting Australian home and property buyers from financial hardship. During a year where there is so much uncertainty, ALI are proud to provide peace of mind to tens of thousands of mortgage holders.
Gabrielle Moscati, ALI’s National Sales Manager digitally accepted the award, saying:
“I am delighted to accept this award. First of all, I’d like to congratulate all the finalists in this category. Recent events have exemplified the importance of support services to the industry. Both the bushfires and the pandemic have shown that events outside of our control can have devastating financial consequences. So, I’d really like to thank the brokers who discuss the importance of having a ‘Plan B’ with their customers and the aggregators who support those conversations. Finally, I’d like to thank the MFAA for continuing to host these awards in the strangest of times”.
