AMA National Broker of the Year - Insurance (Mortgage Protection and Life)

We are excited to share that Maxine Farmer from Ballast Finance has been named 2016 Broker of the Year for the Insurance (Life and Mortgage Protection) category at the Australian Mortgage Awards (AMA).

ALI Group is the proud sponsor of the Insurance award in honour of the 4,000 plus brokers that provide Insurance (mortgage protection and life) as part of their client offering. This award specifically recognises those who displayed excellence over the past 12 months as evidenced by the number of clients protected and their general advocacy of the importance of mortgage protection.

Please join us in congratulating our finalists for 2016 who all displayed these qualities:

  • Steven James, Astute Financial Townsville (QLD)
  • Kathy Doherty, Aussie Home Loans (NSW)
  • Rochelle Hall, Aussie Home Loans Strathpine (QLD)
  • Nicholas Kakalis, Finance Unlimited (VIC)
  • Terry Hill, Queensland Financial Services Pty Ltd (QLD)
  • Martin Ireland, Resolve Finance (WA)

We're sure those who attended the awards evening would agree that the AMA awards continue to be an industry highlight in recognising broker excellence.

A big congratulations to Maxine Farmer for taking out the top prize, as well as all of the deserving finalists. Thank you for continuing to share in our vision of protecting all Australian home and property buyers.

We'll be announcing our State Brokers of the Year very soon. Stay tuned!
