Emily Sofkovska
Chief Executive Officer
Emily joined ALI Group as Chief Executive Officer in April 2023. Prior to joining ALI, Emily led specialist insurer, LFI Group, helping protect customers and their assets when they need it most. Emily brings a wealth of industry experience to the role from previous positions at Westpac, Bank of Melbourne, Allianz, TAL Insurance and Commonwealth Bank. An advocate for personal development, she’s certified in team management and communicating for impact with McKinsey & Company and in General Insurance with ANZIIF. She has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Victoria University and is studying for a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business.
Dan Ward
Chief Financial Officer /Chief Operating Officer 
Dan joined ALI Group in May 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and over time this has evolved to include operational responsibilities including technology, policy administration and claims management.
Prior to joining ALI Group, Dan has held a number of senior finance roles, including Director of Group Finance at Allco Finance Group and product management for life products at Westpac.
