Sof Tsialtas brings over 35 years of experience in financial services to his role at ALI Group. Since 2008, Sof has played a critical role in sales and distribution for the Liberty Financial Group and continues to provide ongoing support and mentoring to brokers across the industry.
Dan Ward
Chief Financial Officer /Chief Operating Officer 
Dan joined ALI Group in May 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and over time this has evolved to include operational responsibilities including technology, policy administration and claims management.
Prior to joining ALI Group, Dan has held a number of senior finance roles, including Director of Group Finance at Allco Finance Group and product management for life products at Westpac.
