Responsible lending and protecting clients

Peter White discusses the Royal Commission, the FBAA agenda, responsible lending and protecting clients

Peter White, Executive Chairman of the FBAA, has been a strong advocate and involved with the Broking Industry for many years. In recent times, the FBAA and the MFAA have worked closely together on the Combined Industry Forum to help the industry navigate through the current set of regulatory reviews including the Royal Commission.

In the video below, Peter shares his thoughts on the Royal Commission, politicians and the FBAA agenda. Most importantly, Peter seeks to actively promote the industry's role and value for Australians and their families, along with the role of brokers in discussing risk and protection with their clients.

"I believe that it's incumbent on every broker to have the conversation with their client."
