Your Aussie Mortgage Protection Plan policy is distributed by Aussie’s insurance partner ALI Group, a leading provider of personal risk protection to Australian home and property buyers. ALI Group manages all aspects of your cover and from 1 May 2023 you will receive communication directly from ALI Group. This will have no impact to your cover. 

 

What changes will I see? 

From 1 May 2023, you will see ALI Group branding on communications relating to your Aussie Mortgage Protection Plan policy and Aussie branding will no longer appear. 

What if I still call or email Aussie Insurance?

When you call the Aussie Insurance 1300 number, you will be transferred to an ALI Group Policyholder Services team member who will be able to assist with your enquiries. If you send an email to Aussie Insurance, the ALI Group Policyholder Services team member will respond to your enquiry. 

What if I need to make a claim? 

The process remains the same, should you need to make a claim you can call us on 1800 006 776 or visit www.aligroup.com.au/existing-customers. (The Aussie Insurance 1300 number will remain open and calls to this number will be answered by an ALI Policyholder Services team member). 

What if I want to make changes to my policy?

If you need to update and manage your Aussie Mortgage Protection Plan policy you can visit www.aligroup.com.au/existing-customers/manage-your-policy or call us on 1800 006 776.
