1 What is Extra Benefits?

Extra Benefits can help ALI customers save on everyday purchases. With over 100 retailers, ALI customers can buy supermarket, petrol and other retail eGift cards, and eMovie tickets with savings of up to 30%.

How does it work?

Buy, for example, a $100 eGift card with 10% savings and pay only $90.

Receive eGift cards via email or SMS to access on your phone and use them when in store.

Watch your savings grow over time on your everyday purchases. This may help offset the cost of your monthly premium!

Plus, you can take advantage of in-store or online discounts, saving even more with Extra Benefits.

How do I activate my Extra Benefits?

Extra Benefits is exclusive to current policyholders and authorised representatives of ALI Group. Upon policy commencement an activation email will be issued to your email address with instructions on how to activate. If you have trouble locating this email, you can activate here using the email address that matches your policy or authorisation. Activation is simple and takes less than a minute!

What happens if I cancel my ALI Group policy?

As Extra Benefits is an exclusive perk for ALI policyholders, if your policy is cancelled your Extra Benefits account will become inactive within 30 days.

Any eGift cards you have purchased can still be accessed by email at the time they were purchased and will be valid in alignment with the expiration date provided.
