ALI Group has won National Support Service Provider (Large Company) at the 2023 MFAA Excellence Awards.

The MFAA Excellence Awards showcases and rewards excellence in areas including customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth and innovation.

ALI is honoured to be recognised by the industry for the innovative work we have undertaken to provide the best possible service and products for our authorised brokers.

This award represents all facets of the business, from client care, claims, administration and marketing, through to ALI’s national network of BDMs.

The team at ALI all share the same values and mission - to protect Australian home and property buyers from financial hardship - which drives the work that we do each day.

Gabrielle Moscati, ALI National Sales Manager, accepted the award saying:
“Thank you to the MFAA and The Adviser, this is really special to us as this year is our 20th anniversary and together with our partners, we have protected over 230,000 broker customers. This award is testament to all of this. A very special thank you to the brokers who take the time to have a really important conversation to their customers and to the aggregators who encourage them.

Every single person who makes a claim with us tells us who their broker was and how their lives have been changed because of that conversation that they had so please keep doing what you’re doing because together we are changing people’s lives.”
